Happy Holidays, Kinda.

It’s Christmas and everyone in the world is pissed off at me for some reason or another. Who got a gift, who didn’t, who got something better than someone else, how I’m an asshole with no feelings and just like my father, how everyone else is better than me, how I fucked up the holidays once again with my being a bad person, how the bills are barely going to get paid somehow, how I’m a loser, how everyone can’t stand me anymore - all that stuff. I guess I could remind everyone that it could be a lot worse but it wouldn’t do any good. Maybe it’s time I start acting like some of the other adults I see around me. Compulsive cheating, lying, drinking, gambling slobs, going out doing drugs, getting into trouble, sleeping with anything that moves, no cares in the world and end up in jail or worse.
I love this time of year. Don’t you?
At least my kids were happy with me. I guess no one’s filled them in on what an ass I really am yet. Or could it be that I’m not such a bad guy after all? Could it be that everyone’s overreacting? Nah. Apparently everyone’s perfect…but me. Hope you all had a good Holiday.

T, stick with keepign the people close to you happy, and if no one else is happy about what you do… tell em go to hell… or sometihng more appropriate…

Mr. T, as long as your wife and kids are all cool with you and happy with Christmas, then you did a good job and don’t worry about anyone else’s opinion. Even though it may be your mother, and I say this with all due respect, perhaps she should stick to her own concerns and let you do what is best for your family. I imagine you and the wonderful Mrs. T know well enough what is and what isn’t good for your family.

I should make it known that I love my wife and while we fight over silly things there’s no throwing in the towel on it. The holidays always stress out a marriage to be sure and she surely makes the holidays easier by doing all the shopping and cooking while I’m at work and stuff.
People just sometimes forget how to act at this time of year and lose the real meaning of the holidays.
